Project Description
The purpose of this project is to implement transportation improvements to Carroll Street from John Young Parkway to Michigan Avenue in Osceola County. These improvements will provide two through lanes in both directions, a center bi-directional turn lane, and continuous sidewalks on both sides of Carroll Street. In addition, improvements to the signalized intersections will be provided.
Final design for the Carroll St. & US 441 intersection (Reduced Limits) is currently underway. This includes permitting and preparation of all plans and documents required for construction. Documents from this phase can be found in the following link: Reduced Limits Final Design Documents.
Final design for the Full Limits (from John Young Parkway to Michigan Ave.) is currently on hold.
